Online applications are invited for direct recruitment for the under mentioned
posts of (TGT) (Group‐C Services) through the website of C-DAC, Mohali i.e.
www.recruitment-portal.in The online application can be filled up from 15th September, 2014
upto 08th October, 2014 till 5.00 p.m. thereafter website link will be disabled. The candidates
are strongly advised to apply online well in time without waiting for last date of submission of
online application. The printed copy of the online form with necessary certification will be
brought at the time of interview/ verification. The details of the posts are as under:‐

(b) Certificate of having qualified Haryana Teacher Eligibility Test
(HTET)/School Teachers Eligibility Test (STET) of respective subject for the
post applied, conducted by Board of School Education Haryana,
Bhiwani/One Time exemption of HTET (See Note-1).
(c) Essential qualification (EQ) is given with each post.
Age: 18‐42 years, relaxation as given in special instructions.

have worked as teacher for minimum 4 years till 11.04.2012 in privately
managed Govt. Aided Schools, Recognized Schools and Govt. Schools. They will
have to qualify HTET not later than 1st April 2015 otherwise their appointment
shall stand terminated automatically without giving any further notice.
Note 2. One time exemption certificate for HTET/STET & one time upper age relaxation
certificate from Head of the Institute is required to be verified by DEO and
counter signed by Director of Elementary Education of the concerned State even
for CBSE/Central Schools and Navodaya Vidhalaya. One time implies that an
applicant can apply only once for a particular category of post in the first
advertisement. No such exemption will be granted in the subsequent
advertisement.

Note 12. A member of Service appointed by the direct recruitment shall be liable to serve
for a continuous period of five years in the rural area from the date of
appointment.
Note 13. Reservation in Scheduled Caste (SC), Backward Class (A) & Backward Class (B),
SBC, EBPGC, Ex-serviceman (ESM) and PHC are only for Haryana State.
Note 14. Physically Handicapped Candidates means Physically Challenged/Persons
with Disabilities.
Note 15. Candidates applying must ensure that they fulfil all the eligibility conditions on
the last date fixed for submission of online application forms i.e., 08.10.2014 the
closing date given in the advertisement if on verification at any time before or
after the written examination or interview or appointment, it is found that they
do not fulfil any of the eligibility conditions or it is found that the information
furnished is false or incorrect their candidature will be cancelled.

Note 17. In case of any guidance/information/clarification regarding the online filling of
the form the candidate can call at CDAC Mohali helpline Nos. 0172‐6619054 and
0172‐6619055 on all working days from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
The prescribed essential qualification does not entitle a candidate to be called
for interview. In the event of number of applications being large scale the Haryana School
Teachers Selection Board (HSTSB) may short list the candidates for interview by holding a
written examination or on the basis of academic criteria or percentage cut off to be adopted
by the Board. The decision of the Board in all matters relating to acceptance or rejection of an
application, eligibility/suitability of the candidates, mode of, and criteria for selection etc. will
be final and binding on the candidates. No inquiry or correspondence will be entertained in
this regard.
